All of our goods are created in Germany and Europe to fit exactly and meet the highest standards. Please take note of the following facts.
Within our product line, notably in our core segment of door handles, we provide several, bespoke manufacturing possibilities in terms of lengths, surfaces, and support distances. As a result, we only have a few models in stock.

Returns are not accepted for custom-made or procured products.
Shipping is carried out by the parcel service provider DHL or UPS.

Installation on Glass Doors (standard Version)
Pair of knobs for 8-12 mm thick glass doors with M8 connecting pins.
The recommended drill hole diameter for glass is 14 mm.
For single handles, please indicate whether counter plates are necessary.
Installation on Wooden Doors
Please indicate the door leaf thickness. For single-sided installation, please specify whether you want counter plates or hanger bolts.
Installation on Plastic Doors
Please indicate the door leaf thickness. For single-sided installation, please specify whether you want counter plates or screw-in nuts.
Single-Hole Mounting (ball handles and shower knobs):
Screw connection of the handle halves using adapted M8 threaded pins.
TWO-HOLE MOUNTING (tube, bar, or rod handles):
Screw the clamping nuts (integrated washers) on the glass pane with M6/M8 threaded pins. Slide the handle halves on the supports and secure them using M5/M6 grub screws.
